These Terms of Service govern your use of TriTracker. By using the app or website, you agree to these terms.
Use of TriTracker
TriTracker is a training log and race-readiness estimation tool. You are responsible for the information you enter and for using the app in a safe, lawful and appropriate way.
No Medical or Professional Advice
TriTracker does not provide medical advice, coaching advice or guaranteed race-completion predictions. Readiness scores, trends, recommendations and milestones are estimates based on the information available to the app. Always use your own judgment and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Accounts
You may need an account to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for protecting access to your account.
Subscriptions and Purchases
TriTracker may offer optional paid features through TriTracker Pro. App Store purchases, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms and policies. You can manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Your Content
You keep ownership of the training, race and profile information you enter. You give us permission to use that information as needed to provide TriTracker, calculate readiness, maintain your account, provide support and improve the service.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer or interfere with TriTracker.
- Do not use TriTracker for illegal, harmful or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to access another person's account or data without permission.
Service Changes
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of TriTracker. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical.
Disclaimers
TriTracker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TriTracker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, training opportunity or race participation.
Termination
You may stop using TriTracker at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk or harm, or if continued service is no longer practical.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website or another reasonable method.
