Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 5, 2026
TriTracker helps you log triathlon training and estimate race readiness. This Privacy Policy explains what data TriTracker collects, why it is collected, where it is stored, and how you can request deletion.
Data TriTracker Collects
We may collect account information such as your name, email address, user ID, authentication status and account settings. We collect the race and training information you choose to enter, including race date, race distance, activity type, duration, distance, notes, milestones, readiness inputs and progress history.
If you contact support, we collect the information you include in your message so we can respond to your request. If you purchase TriTracker Pro, payment and subscription processing is handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Why We Collect Data
- To create and secure your account.
- To save your training log, race details, preferences and progress.
- To calculate readiness estimates, trends, milestones and recommendations.
- To provide support, respond to privacy requests and communicate important service updates.
- To maintain app reliability, investigate errors, prevent abuse and improve TriTracker.
- To manage subscription status and access to paid features.
Where Data Is Stored
TriTracker uses service providers to operate the app. Account authentication is handled by Clerk. App data, including race details, training logs, readiness inputs and related account data, is stored in Supabase. These providers may process and store data on servers outside your country of residence.
We use these providers only to operate TriTracker, secure accounts, store user-entered data, provide support, validate subscriptions and maintain the service.
Analytics And Crash Logs
TriTracker collects limited analytics, diagnostics and crash logs. This can include device type, operating system version, app version, feature usage, error events, crash reports and performance information. We use this information to find bugs, improve reliability and understand which parts of the app need improvement.
Analytics and crash logs are not used to sell your personal information.
Health And Training Data
TriTracker collects training data that you choose to enter in the app, such as swim, bike, run and brick sessions, distances, durations, notes, milestones and readiness-related inputs. This information is used to show your training history and calculate race-readiness estimates.
TriTracker does not collect Apple Health or HealthKit data unless the app clearly asks for your permission and you choose to grant it. If HealthKit access is added, that data will only be used to provide app features you request and will not be sold or used for advertising.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers that help us operate TriTracker, such as hosting, authentication, database storage, analytics, diagnostics, customer support and subscription validation providers. These providers are only allowed to use the information as needed to provide services to us.
We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or similar business transaction.
Readiness Estimates
Readiness scores are estimates based on the information and training data you provide. They are not medical advice and do not guarantee race completion.
Data Retention And Deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide TriTracker, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security and enforce agreements. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data through the Delete Account page or by contacting us at support@gettritracker.com.
Deletion requests apply to account details, race details, training logs, notes, milestones, readiness inputs and other personal information associated with your TriTracker account, unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.
Your Choices
- You can update certain account, race and training information in the app.
- You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
- You can request access, correction or deletion of your personal information.
Children
TriTracker is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
International Use
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. When we transfer information, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice through the app, website or another reasonable method.
