Delete Account

You can request deletion of your TriTracker account and associated personal data at any time.

Delete In The App

  1. Open TriTracker.
  2. Go to Profile or Settings.
  3. Select Delete Account.
  4. Confirm the deletion request.

Request Deletion By Email

If you cannot access the app, email support@gettritracker.com from the email address used for your TriTracker account and include "Delete my account" in the subject line.

What Gets Deleted

Account details, race details, training logs, notes, milestones, readiness inputs and other personal information associated with your TriTracker account will be deleted unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention or accounting reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting your TriTracker account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
